Exec Assistants Wins Decisively

Exec Assistants has been named Best Global Back Office Outsourcing Company 2026 by the Global Biz Awards. The win recognizes a company that built its reputation on placing dedicated remote executive assistants who stay with clients for the long term, learn each business deeply, and grow alongside the founders and leaders they support.

The award was accepted by Mads Singers, CEO at Exec Assistants. The result followed a competitive field and a clear margin of support, with more than 45,000 community votes and over 60 verified client interviews pointing to the same winner. Mads credited the result to the assistants and client teams who make the model work every day.

How The Winner Was Decided

Every Global Biz Awards result is decided through independent research, a public community poll, and expert review. No company can buy a place on the shortlist, and no payment of any kind influences the outcome. Judges weigh verified client evidence, market reputation, and measurable impact before any winner is confirmed.

All three streams were assessed together, and each one pointed to the same winner. Client interviews, community votes, and expert scores converged on Exec Assistants, giving the panel a strong and consistent basis for the 2026 award.

Why Exec Assistants Won

Exec Assistants stood out for a people-first approach to outsourcing. Rather than filling seats quickly, the company pairs executives with dedicated assistants who stay for the long term, learn each client's business inside out, and grow with it. That model produced measurable results, including founders recovering 10 or more hours a week for growth and strategy.

People First Outsourcing

Exec Assistants built its model around long term relationships rather than quick placements. Assistants are matched to a single executive, stay with that client over time, and develop deep knowledge of how the business runs. Clients gain a dependable partner instead of a rotating roster of unfamiliar support staff.

A strict pre-vetting process gives clients a shortlist of proven professionals trained specifically to support executives. Talent is sourced from the Philippines and South Africa, chosen for strong English skills and a professional work culture. Those assistants take over calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, and day to day administration so leaders can focus on higher value work.

The results are measurable. Clients report recovering 10 or more hours a week, time they redirect toward growth and strategy. Backed by Aristo Sourcing, which has operated since 2014 and served more than 1,000 businesses, Exec Assistants showed judges a dependable, relationship driven model that sets a high standard for global back office support.

"Exec Assistants showed the panel a model that treats outsourcing as a long term partnership rather than a transaction. The consistency of client feedback, combined with a strong public vote, made this an easy category to call. Their assistants deliver real hours back to leaders every week, and that impact was visible across every stream of evidence."Global Biz Awards Review Panel
"This award belongs to our assistants and our clients. Every day they do the quiet work that keeps businesses moving, and I am proud to lead a team that takes that responsibility seriously. Thank you to the Global Biz Awards and to everyone who voted and shared their experience with the research team."Mads Singers, CEO, Exec Assistants
